摘  要:我国现行棉纤维成熟度检测方法众多,但其中最经典且应用历史最长的是显微镜法。该测试方法虽然具备检测结果精准快速等优点,但在实际操作过程中,对新手检测人员的样品制备能力要求较高,易存在相邻纤维交叉排布、多根纤维重叠等现象,进而影响检测结果。通过优化制样方法,比较两者成熟度比及成熟纤维百分率结果差异,得出优化方式即中部切断法可以与原标准制样方式结果保持高度一致。At present,there are many methods for testing cotton fiber maturity in China,but the microscope method is the most classic one with the longest application history.Although this test method has the advantages of accurate and rapid test results,but it requires high sample preparation ability of novice testers in the actual operation process,and it is easy to have the phenomena of cross arrangement of adjacent fibers and overlapping of multiple fibers,which will affect the test results.Through optimizing the sample preparation method,the results of maturity ratio and mature fiber percentage between them were compared,it was concluded that the optimized method,that was,the middle cutting method,can keep high consistency with the original standard sample preparation method.
