摘　　要：针对传统电气控制回路采用热继方式保护不足的缺陷,采用电机智能监控装置GT500K,描述其主要结构、功能和特点,介绍电机智能监控装置GT500K在南方水泥某公司5 000t/d水泥生产线的应用情况。该应用提高了水泥生产线电气控制回路的自动化和智能化水平。In view of the deficiency of traditional electric control loop in thermal relay protection,this paper describes the main structure,functions and advantages of the motor intelligent monitoring device GT500K,and introduces the application of the motor intelligent monitoring device GT500K in a 5000t/d cement production line of a southern cement company,which improves the automation and intelligence level of the electrical control loop of the cement production line.
