摘　　要：乳管镜是乳头溢液患者的首选检查方法,其具有操作方便、创伤小、导管内可直视、可实时采集影像记录的特点,已经成为乳腺导管内病变的主要诊断及辅助治疗工具。但目前尚无乳管镜技术应用、诊断和治疗的临床共识,限制了乳管镜的临床推广。中国中医药研究促进会乳腺病分会从乳管镜适应证、禁忌证、设备及人员配置、检查前准备、操作技巧及注意事项、乳管镜下表现、镜下辅助治疗、并发症及处理等方面形成共识,优化和标准化乳管镜技术操作规范,供临床参考。期待提升国内乳管镜诊疗水平。Ductoscopy is the top test method for patients with nipple discharge.It has the characteristics of convenient operation,small trauma,direct vision in the duct,real-time imaging recording,and has become the main diagnostic and adjuvant therapy tools for breast intraductal lesions.However,there is no clinical consensus on the application,diagnosis,and treatment of ductoscopy,which limits its clinical popularization.Breast Disease Branch of Chinese Association for Research and Advancement of Chinese Medicine reached consensus on indications,contraindications,equipment and personnel configuration,preparation before examination,operation technique and considerations,manifestations under ductoscopy,endoscopic adjuvant therapy,and complications and management,etc.That is to provide a clinical reference for the optimization and standardization of the technical operation specification of ductoscopy.Looking forward to improving the level of ductoscopy treatment in China.
