殷克敬教授治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹的临证经验总结

摘　　要：糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹属于糖尿病神经系统病变的并发症之一。殷克敬教授认为该病主要责之肝、脾、肾三脏,强调以肝肾阴虚为本,气虚血瘀为标;治疗时谨守病机,标本兼顾,遣方用药以滋补肝肾为主,运用补肝肾等药物,与其现代药理学研究相结合灵活配伍,辅以益气活血之药物;针刺取穴以滋阴填精、活血通络为主。针药结合,共同改善糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹临床症状。本文结合殷教授诊治糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹验案,总结并探讨殷教授治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹的临证经验,以期对临床治疗有所启发。Diabetic oculomotor paralysis is one of the complications of diabetic neuropathy.Professor Yin Kejing believes that the disease is mainly responsible for the three organs of the liver,spleen,and kidney,emphasizing yin deficiency of the liver and kidney as the root,qi deficiency and blood stasis as the manifestation;Professor Yin Kejing believes that the treatment should strictly observe the pathogenesis,give consideration to both the manifestation and the root cause,and use drugs such as nourishing the liver and kidney and using drugs such as tonifying the liver and kidney,combined with its modern pharmacological research,supplemented by drugs for tonifying qi and activating blood circulation;acupuncture points are mainly used to nourish yin and fill essence,promote blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals.Acupuncture combined with medicine to improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic oculomotor paralysis.Combined with Professor Yin’s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic oculomotor paralysis,this paper summarizes and discusses Professor Yin’s clinical experience in the treatment of diabetic oculomotor paralysis,in order to enlighten the clinical treatment.
