摘 要:目的在线气相色谱仪是实现天然气能量计量的关键分析设备,开展国产在线气相色谱仪的适应性研究,对打破进口在线气相色谱仪的技术壁垒,实现仪器设备的国产化具有重要意义。方法采用在线气相色谱仪样机分析气体标准物质及开展现场应用试验,分析评价了样机的有效性、分离度、重复性、准确性及稳定性等技术指标。结果样机能够有效分析气体中N_(2)、CO_(2)、C_(1)~C_(6)烃类组分含量,分析周期<2 min;正丁烷和异丁烷的分离度R=2.0,定量重复性RSD定量≤1.0%;4 h运行稳定性≤3.0%;与进口在线气相色谱仪分析实际天然气样品获得高位发热量的相对偏差≤0.1%。结论研发的样机基本能够满足天然气能量计量的需要,为我国全面实施天然气能量计量,实现在线气相色谱仪的国产化提供了技术参考。Objective On-line gas chromatograph is the key analysis equipment to realize natural gas energy measurement.It is of great significance to carry out the research on the adaptability of domestic on-line gas chromatograph,and to break the technical barriers of imported on-line gas chromatograph and to realize the localization of instruments and equipment.Method The gas standard material was analyzed by on-line gas chromatograph and the field application test was carried out,analyze and evaluate the effectiveness,separation degree,reproducibility,accuracy and stability of the prototype.Results The prototype can effectively analyze the content of N_(2)、CO_(2)、C_(1)~C_(6)hydrocarbon components in the gas,and the analysis period is not more than 2 min;resolution R=2.0 for iC 4 and nC 4,quantitative repeatability RSD≤1.0%for nC 4;the stability of the prototype operation for 4 hours is 3.0%;the relative deviation from the actual natural gas samples obtained by imported on-line gas chromatograph is not more than 0.1%.Conclusions The developed prototype can basically meet the needs of natural gas energy measurement,which provides a technical reference for the comprehensive implementation of natural gas energy measurement and the localization of on-line gas chromatograph in China.
