摘  要:运用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计等研究方法,通过对2020东京奥运会男子体操单杠决赛前八名运动员成套动作的研究,分析优秀单杠运动员的技术动作和编排特点,把握单杠项目比赛规则,为我国男子单杠项目的发展提供有益的参考。研究发现:2020东京奥运会男子体操单杠决赛前八名运动员E分大幅下降;成套动作的编排主要以飞行动作、近杠和阿德勒动作组别的动作为主,多名运动员飞行动作组别的编排数量最高达到了5次;有或没有转体的悬垂摆动动作编排主要是起过渡作用,呈现出数量少、难度低的特征;近杠和阿德勒动作数量占比28.75%,动作难度不断提高;下法以直体后空翻两周转体720°为主。In this paper,using literature method,video observation and mathematical statistics and other research methods,through the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games men's horizontal bar final eight athletes complete sets of action research,analysis of out-standing high bar athletes and choreography of the techniques of characteristic,grasps the high bar project the rules of the game,for the development of China's men's horizontal bar project provides the beneficial reference.The results showed that the E scores of the top eight athletes in the horizontal bar final of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games decreased significantly;the choreography of the complete set of movements was mainly composed of flight movements,close bars and Adler movements.The number of chore-ography of flight movements for many athletes reached the highest of 5 times.The choreography of dangling swing with or with-out turning is mainly transitional,showing the characteristics of less quantity and low difficulty.The number of close bar and Adler movements accounted for 28.75%,and the difficulty of the movements was constantly increasing.The lower method is mainlya straightbackflipwithtwoturns of 720°.
