摘 要:为进行水稻耐冷QTL检测及其遗传效应分析,利用籼稻品种“贵9B”和粳稻品种“热研2号”作为亲本,构建100个重组自交系(Recombinant inbred lines,RIL)家系为定位群体。以成苗率、耐冷级别为耐冷性状表型数据,运用完备区间作图定位法,在第3条染色体上检测到1个与水稻耐冷性状成苗率相关的QTL,命名为qCTS-3-1,LOD值为2.77,可解释20.87%的表型变异,增效等位基因源于“热研2号”。同时,对RIL群体中耐冷基因COLD1进行了基因型检测及关联分析,可为后续水稻耐冷性的遗传研究以及改良提供参考。In order to detect QTLS for cold tolerance in rice and analyze their genetic effects,100 families with recombinant inbred lines(RIL)OM BVGFDXSAWERTYUIO were constructed using indica rice cultivar gui9b and japonica rice cultivar reyan 2 as parents.Based on the data of seedling formation rate and cold tolerance level,a QTLS associated with seedling formation rate of cold toler⁃ance in rice was detected on chromosome 3 using complete interval mapping method.The qCTS-3-1 was identified with LOD value of 2.77,which could explain 20.87%of phenotypic variation.The en⁃hanced allele was derived from reyan 2.At the same time,genotyping and association analysis of COLD1 gene in RIL population were carried out.Which could provide reference for subsequent ge⁃netic research and improvement of cold tolerance in rice.
