摘 要:以长白山腐殖质土壤为样品进行富集培养,筛选出能够降解玉米秸秆木质素的微生物,结合ITS生物学鉴定与形态学鉴定,确定筛选得到的菌株为毛头鬼伞Coprinus comatus。该菌株产漆酶酶活4.86 U/mL、木质素过氧化物酶酶活1.33 U/mL、锰过氧化物酶酶活2.96 U/mL、木聚糖酶酶活18.22 U/mL、羧甲基纤维素酶酶活性3.57 U/mL。该菌株降解玉米秸秆的失重率达23.65%,其纤维素降解率为17.06%,半纤维素降解率为7.65%,木质素降解率为35.67%。以上为进一步开发其在玉米秸秆降解方面提供了参考。A microorganism capable of degrading corn straw lignin was screened by accumulation culture from Changbai Mountain humus.Combined with ITS biological and morphological identifica⁃tion,the strain was identified as Coprinus comatus.The measured activities of this strain were laccase 4.86 U/mL,lignin peroxidase 1.33 U/mL,manganese peroxidase 2.96 U/mL,xylanase 18.22 U/mL and carboxymethylcellulase 3.57 U/mL,respectively.The weight loss rate for degrading corn stalks of this strain was up to 23.65%.The degradation rates of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin were 17.06%,7.65%and 35.67%,respectively.The research provided preliminary data for potential appli⁃cation of C.comatus on corn straw degradation.
