摘  要:选用产地为吉林省通化市、辽宁省桓仁满族自治县境内的野山参样品各36支和产地为吉林省通化市、辽宁省桓仁满族自治县、黑龙江省伊春市的园参样品各120支,应用碳纤维探头Fourier变换近红外光谱仪分别无损采集近红外光谱图,结合化学计量学软件,对不同地区的人参样品进行81行,5901列矩阵的高维计算,建立相应的野山参、园参的产地模型,并应用已知产地的样品进行验证。结果表明:该模型对吉林省通化市和辽宁省桓仁满族自治县的野山参样品的识别率分别为95%和98%,对吉林省通化市、辽宁省桓仁满族自治县和黑龙江省伊春市的园参样品的识别率分别为98%、97%和94%。可见,建立的野山参产地溯源模型和园参产地溯源模型基本达到了对野山参样品和园参样品进行产地溯源的目的。In order to trace the origin of wild ginseng samples and garden ginseng samples in differ⁃ent origins under non-destructive conditions,Fourier transform near infrared and chemometrics were used to establish the origin traceability models of wild ginseng samples and garden ginseng samples,respectively.The recognition rate of wild ginseng samples in Tonghua city of Jilin province and Huanren Manchu Autonomous county of Liaoning province was 95%and 98%,respectively.The rec⁃ognition rate of the model was 98%for the garden ginseng samples in Tonghua city,Jilin province,97%for the garden ginseng samples in Huanren Manchu Autonomous county,Liaoning province,and 94%for the garden ginseng samples in Yichun city,Heilongjiang province.The established model of origin traceability for transplantation of wild ginseng and the model of origin traceability for garden ginseng basically achieved the test purpose of origin traceability for transplantation of wild ginseng samples and garden ginseng samples.
