摘 要:黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展已经上升为国家战略,通过优化城市空间结构来降低黄河流域碳排放,不仅是缓解黄河流域生态问题并提升城市发展质量的政策要求,同时也是理解城市空间结构碳减排绩效的学术要求。以黄河流域100个城市市辖区为研究样本,利用面板数据模型探索多中心城市空间结构对碳排放量的影响,同时关注异质性和影响机制。从整体上看,黄河流域城市市辖区多中心空间结构有利于降低碳排放量,异质性分析发现,位于黄河流域上游的城市,通过单中心结构有利于碳减排,位于黄河流域中下游的城市,多中心结构有利于碳减排;小城市通过紧凑单中心结构有利于降低碳排放,大城市发展多中心结构有利于碳减排。在交通机制分析中发现,存在黄河流域多中心城市空间结构通过降低平均通勤时间和汽车数量,从而降低碳排放量的机制。The ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin(YRB)have been elevated to a national strategy.Reducing carbon emissions in the YRB by optimizing the urban spatial structure is not only a policy requirement to solve ecological problems and improve the quality of urban development,but also an academic requirement to understand the carbon emission reduction performance of urban spatial structure.The existing literature on spatial optimization and carbon emission reduction in the YRB is relatively few,and no consistent conclusion has been reached.At the same time,there is a lack of quantitative analysis on the mechanism of spatial structure affecting carbon emissions.In this study,100 cities proper in the YRB were selected as samples,and a panel data model was used to explore the impacts of polycentric spatial structure on carbon emissions.It is found that the polycentric spatial structure of cities proper in the YRB is conducive to reducing carbon emissions.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that cities located in the upper reaches of the YRB are conducive to carbon emission reduction through a monocentric structure,while cities located in the middle and lower reaches are beneficial to carbon emission reduction through a polycentric structure.Small cities are conducive to carbon emission reduction through a compact monocentric structure,and large cities are beneficial to carbon emission reduction by developing a polycentric structure.In the traffic mechanism analysis,it is found that the polycentric spatial structure in the YRB reduces carbon emissions by reducing the average commuting time and the number of cars.Reducing carbon emissions by optimizing urban spatial structure is an important path for cities in the YRB to achieve high-quality development,and it is also a necessary way to improve the ecological quality of cities in the whole basin.
