低离子聚凝胺技术与试管法在新生儿溶血病患儿输血检验中的效果对比及对检验满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的对比低离子聚凝胺技术与试管法在新生儿溶血病患儿输血检验中的效果及对检验满意度的影响。方法前瞻性选取2018年4月至2019年12月在江苏省苏北人民医院出生的120例新生儿溶血病患儿作为本次研究对象,以随机数字表法的方式将所有患儿分为对照组和研究组,每组各60例。对照组采用试管法进行输血检验,研究组则采用低离子聚凝胺技术进行输血检验。观察并对比2组患儿的检验效果,包括直接抗球蛋白、血清游离抗体、抗体放散检验阳性率和阳性检出率、检测时间、灵敏度、准确性以及稳定性,并分析其检验满意度。结果研究组患儿应用低离子聚凝胺技术检验直接抗球蛋白、血清游离抗体以及抗体放散检验阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05);应用同样的技术检验,阳性检出率高于后者(P<0.05),且研究组患儿应用该技术所需的检测时间短于对照组(P<0.05);应用该技术检验后,灵敏度、准确性以及稳定性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿对该方法的总满意率显著高于应用试管法检验的对照组(P<0.05)。结论低离子聚凝胺技术的检验能有效提升直接抗球蛋白、血清游离抗体、抗体放散检验阳性率和阳性检出率,缩短检测时间,且灵敏度、准确性以及稳定性高,还能有效提升患儿的检验满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of low⁃ion polybrene technique and test tube method on blood transfusion in newborn patients with hemolytic disease and impact on test satisfaction.Methods 120 newborns with hemolytic disease who were born in the hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected retrospectively as research subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,each consisting of 60.The control group received the test tube method for blood transfusion test,while the study group received the low⁃ion polybrene technique for blood transfusion test.The test efficiciencies,including the positive rate and positive detection rate of direct antiglobulin,serum free antibody,antibody emission test,test time,sensitivity,accuracy and stability were observed and compared between the 2 groups,and test satisfaction was analyzed as well.Results By using the low⁃ion polybrene technique,the positive rates of direct antiglobulin,serum free antibody and antibody emission test in the study group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of the former was higher than that of the latter,with the same detection technique(P<0.05).Furthermore,the detection time required by the same technique in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).With the same technique,the sensitivity,accuracy and stability of the study group were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter with the test tube method(P<0.05).Conclusion Low⁃ion polybrene technique could effectively improve the positive rates and detection rates of direct antiglobulin,serum free antibodies,and antibody radiation tests and shorten detection time,with high sensitivity,accuracy and stability.In addition,it could effectively enhance the satisfaction rate of the patients.Therefore,it is worth further promotion.
