吴门医派徐灵胎《女科指要》辨治带下病思想浅析

摘　　要：徐灵胎是吴门医派杰出医学大家。《女科指要》为其治疗女科经、带、胎、产之代表医书。徐氏《女科指要》中记载带下病之医案较为详尽,笔者将其辨治带下病细究脉案,攻邪为要,健脾祛湿的经验思想略作分析。望能为现今临证治疗带下病作参考。XU Lingtai is a famous doctor of WU Medical School.The Essentials of Women’s Medicine,which records a lot of treatment methods of Leukorrheal diseases,is one of his representative works for the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology.He has emphasized the value of pulse diagnosis,attacking pathogen,invigorating the spleen and dispelling dampness.This paper aimes at analyzing the characteristics of his treatment of Leukorrheal diseases in order to guide current treatment.
