中药离子导入联合黄芪复方对气血亏虚型产后腰痛62例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药离子导入联合口服黄芪复方汤剂对气血亏虚型产后腰痛的临床疗效。方法:2018年03月~2020年08月期间我科就诊的123例产后腰痛患者,随机分为两组,治疗组62例,对照组61例,均予局部中药离子导入,同时治疗组加用口服黄芪复方汤剂,观察治疗前后临床症状的改善以及性激素(FSH、LH、E_(2))水平变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.55%,对照组为80.33%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组患者M-JOA评分、VAS评分、脊柱活动度、背部肌肉耐力均得到显著改善;治疗组用药后血清FSH、LH水平降低而E_(2)水平升高明显且与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药离子导入联合黄芪复方汤剂对气血亏虚型产后腰痛,不仅能显著减轻局部症状且能够调节产后内分泌环节,促进性激素水平恢复,持续改善气血亏虚整体状况,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on postpartum backache treated by Astragalus Compound Decoction combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis.Methods:A randomized study was conducted to compare the efficacy of two groups.123 patients were divided into an Astragalus Compound Decoction group(n=62)and a controlled group(n=61)randomly.The two groups were administered with Chinese medicine iontophoresis,and the Astragalus Compound Decoction group also treated by oral administration of decoction.To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and the changes of sex hormone(FSH,LH,E_(2))levels in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 93.55%in the Astragalus Compound Decoction group and 80.33%in the controlled group,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).The items concerning spine movement and muscle strength test were also better in the Astragalus Compound Decoction group than the controlled group.The serum FSH and LH levels in the treatment group decreased,while E_(2)levels increased significantly than the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with Astragalus Compound Decoction can not only significantly reduce local symptoms,but also promote postpartum endocrine regulation,and continuously improve the overall situation of Qi and blood deficiency,which is worthy of clinical application.
