中医基于“肺肠黏膜共同免疫”治疗呼吸道疾病研究进展

摘　　要：近年来高致病性流感病毒、2019新型冠状病毒等呼吸道传染疾病相继暴发,临床上变应性鼻炎、支气管哮喘和反复呼吸道感染等疾病治疗效果不理想,病程迁延难愈,反复发作给患者造成了巨大的困扰,并且发病趋势也在近年来其发病呈逐年上升的状态。中医传统理论“肺与大肠相表里”、“培土生金法”用新的角度揭示了呼吸道疾病新的治疗切入点。与此同时肺与大肠在胚胎发育的同源性的发现,确定了人体内黏膜免疫系统之间的联系,奠定了“肺与大肠相表里”的生物学基础。从黏膜免疫角度出发探讨疾病的发病机制和治疗方法引起越来越多的关注。本文以“肺与大肠相表里”理论为基础,从肺-肠共同黏膜免疫系统作为切入点,希望能给中医药治疗呼吸道相关疾病提供一条新的思路。In recent years,highly pathogenic influenza virus,2,019 new coronavirus and other respiratory infectious diseases have erupted,clinically retinent rhinitis,bronchial asthma and repeated respiratory infections and other diseases of the disease delayed,repeated attacks caused great distress to patients,and the incidence trend in recent years and its incidence is increasing year by year.Traditional Chinese medicine theories“Lung and Large Intestine Being Interior-exteriorly Related”and“Cultivating Spleen and Producing Lung Method”reveal the new therapeutic entry point of respiratory diseases with a new angle.At the same time,the discovery of homologousity between lung and large intestine in embryonic development has determined the connection between the mucosa immune system in the human body,and laid a biological foundation for“Lung and Large Intestine Being Interior-exteriorly Related”.From the perspective of mucous membrane immunity,more and more attention is paid to the pathogenesis and treatment of disease.Based on the theory of“Lung and Large Intestine Being Interior-exteriorly Related”,this paper takes the pulmonary-intestinal common mucosa immune system as the entry point,hoping to provide a new way of thinking for Chinese medicine to treat respiratory-related diseases.
