摘　　要：针刺作为我国传统医学治疗手法具有经济、安全有效,不良反应少等优点,现今针刺治疗越来越多的与临床麻醉相结合,通过减少术中应激反应、降低术中麻醉药物用量,缓解术后疼痛,促进术后苏醒和康复等方面应用到整个围手术期。随着研究的深入,逐渐发现针刺在防治术后恶心呕吐、免疫调节、保护重要脏器功能、辅助康复训练、缓解焦虑、调节睡眠、恢复认知功能等也有一定的作用。因此,今后应逐步扩展针刺在临床麻醉中的应用方向,充分发挥中西医结合治疗在临床麻醉中的优势。Objective:Acupuncture as a traditional Chinese medical treatment technique is economic,safe and effective,less adverse reaction.Nowadays more and more clinical anesthesia combined with acupuncture treatment,by reducing the stress reaction and the dosage of intraoperative anesthetic,alleviate postoperative pain,promote postoperative revival and rehabilitation applied to the perioperative period.With the development of research,acupuncture has been gradually found to play a certain role in the prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting,immune regulation,protection of important organ function,auxiliary rehabilitation training,relief of anxiety,regulation of sleep,and recovery of cognitive function.Therefore,it is necessary to gradually expand the application direction of acupuncture in clinical anesthesia in the future,and give full play to the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in clinical anesthesia.
