中医药文化核心价值观融入医学生人文素养培育模式的探索

摘　　要：本文围绕中医药文化核心价值观“仁、和、精、诚”阐述了中医药文化核心价值观融入医学人文素养中的医学人文知识、医学人文行为、医学人文精神及医学伦理道德4个层面的内涵价值与核心思路,并探索通过营造中医药人文环境、优化医学人文课程建设、践行医学人文精神、锻造师者中医药文化素养4个维度构建中医药文化核心价值观融入医学生人文素养的培育模式。Based on the core values of traditional Chinese medicine culture“benevolence,harmony,essence,and sincerity”,this paper expounds the connotation value and core thinking of the core values of traditional Chinese medicine culture integrated into the four levels of medical humanistic knowledge,medical humanistic behavior,medical humanistic spirit,and medical ethics in medical humanistic quality.This paper also explores the cultivation mode of integrating the core values of traditional Chinese medicine culture into the humanistic quality of medical students by building the humanistic environment of traditional Chinese medicine,optimizing the construction of medical humanistic courses,practicing the humanistic spirit of medicine,and forging the cultural quality of teachers of traditional Chinese medicine.
