摘　　要：抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病,临床上多采用西药治疗,但疗效不能令人满意。因此,越来越多的学者将视线转向中医药领域,将中医理论运用于临床,从脏腑角度论治抑郁症,可提高临床疗效。在基础研究领域,研究显示免疫异常及神经炎症反应与抑郁症密切相关。本文在阐述抑郁症中医理论和神经免疫学机制的基础上,总结中医药治疗抑郁症的临床应用价值,并探讨中医药抗抑郁机制与神经免疫学的关系。Major depressive disorder(MDD)is a common mental disease.Western medicine is mostly used in clinical treatment,but the curative effects are not satisfactory.Therefore,more and more scholars turn their attention to natural medicine,such as traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and apply the theory of TCM to clinical treatment of MDD from the perspective of viscera,which can improve the curative effects.In the field of basic research,studies have shown that immune abnormalities and neuroinflammatory responses are closely related to MDD.Based on the theory of TCM and neuroimmunological mechanism of MDD,this paper summarizes the clinical value of TCM in treating MDD,and discusses the relationship between the mechanism of TCM in treating MDD and neuroimmunology.
