摘　　要：目的系统评价益气活血方药对非阻塞性冠状动脉缺血(INOCA)的疗效。方法计算机检索数据库,纳入2010年1月至2021年1月运用益气活血方药治疗INOCA的临床随机对照试验(RCT),采用RevMan 5.3软件对数据进行meta分析。结果通过筛选纳入25篇文献,结果显示益气活血方药联合常规西药治疗INOCA的临床总有效率、心电图表现、中医证候、C反应蛋白及内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的改善均优于单纯西药治疗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血方药联合西药治疗INOCA的效果优于单纯西药治疗。Objective To systematically evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription in the treatment of ischemia with non-obstructive coronary artery disease(INOCA).Methods The clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT)in the treatment of INOCA with Yiqi Huoxue Prescription from January 2010 to January 2021 was included and searched in the databases by computer.The data were meta-analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 25 literatures were screened and included.The results showed that the clinical overall response rate,ECG,TCM syndromes,C-reactive protein and endothelin-1(ET-1)levels of INOCA treated with Yiqi Huoxue Prescription combined with conventional western medicine were all superior to those treated with western medicine alone,with differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription combined with western medicine on INOCA is superior to that of western medicine alone.
