基于CiteSpace的中国小儿术后镇痛相关研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的总结中国小儿术后镇痛研究的发展特征,探讨未来可能的发展方向。方法以小儿和术后镇痛为检索词,从中国知网和万方数据库中检索并剔除与主题偏差较大的文献后,获得有效文献495篇。利用CiteSpace软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果该领域的发展历程呈现出三阶段特征;文献作者之间联系较少,合作规模较小;共现网络中有7个关键词发挥枢纽作用;关键词有9大聚类板块,地佐辛位列第一;关键词时序分析表明,近年来超声技术的发展带动了新研究热点的出现;突现词在2012年前后出现较大变化。结论我国相关研究起步较晚,但已形成较完整的科研体系和理论框架;国内相关研究的综合性和持续性有待加强;利用传统医学优势创新小儿术后镇痛方法,将有助于摆脱研究的同质化趋势。Objective To summarize the development characteristics of pediatric postoperative analgesia study in China, and to explore the possible development directions in the future. Methods A total of 495 valid papers were retrieved from China National Knowledge Internet and Wanfang database with "pediatric" and "postoperative analgesia" as key retrieval terms, after removing those with large deviation from the subject. The screened literature was subjected to a visualization analysis by using CiteSpace software. Results The development history of this field could be divided into three stages. The authors of the literature were less connected with each other with narrow cooperation scale. 7 key words in the co-citation network played a pivotal role, and the key words had 9 major clustering segments, with dezocine ranking the top. The time series analysis on key words showed that the development of ultrasound technology had driven the emergence of new study hotspots in recent years. In addition, the emergent words changed a lot around 2012. Conclusion Though China started relevant studies late, a relatively complete scientific research system and a theoretical framework have been established. The comprehensiveness and continuity of relevant studies still need to be strengthened in China. And the innovation in the methods of pediatric postoperative analgesia by taking the advantages of traditional medicine will help to get rid of the homogenization trend of studies.
