摘　　要：目的探讨通过实施实验废弃物分类收集箱的使用,提高实验废弃物二次利用的效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年3月新乡学院护理学院在校生308名为研究对象,调查发现,实验废弃物处置主要存在以下三个问题,相关知识掌握不全面、设施设备建设滞后、职业防护意识差。针对存在的问题,通过自行设计医学实验废弃物分类收集箱对实验废弃物进行分类管理,对改进的实验废弃物处置管理的效果进行研究。结果三个年级的在校学生对医疗废物处理的认知情况中,除了条目9“您知道我国是在哪一年颁布的医疗废物处理有关法律条例”和条目10“询问下列哪些是制订医疗废物处理法律条例的部门”中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余条目在三个年级护理专业学生进行比较中差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在投放实验室废弃物分类收集箱前3个月实验室废弃物产出量210 kg到实施后3个月实验室废弃物产出量减少至50 kg。结论通过实验室废弃物的有序管理,减少了实验废弃物的产生,使医学生提高了环保意识,减少了耗材的浪费。Objective To explore the effect of improving the reutilization of laboratory waste by the use of classified recycling bins for laboratory waste.Methods From September 2021 to March 2022,308 students in Xinxiang University were selected as study subjects of a survey.The survey revealed three main problems in the disposal of laboratory waste:insufficient knowledge,lagging construction of facilities and equipment,and poor awareness of occupational protection.In response to the problems,classified recycling bins were designed to classify and manage medical laboratory waste,and the effect of improved waste disposal management was investigated.Results In terms of cognition of medical waste treatment among students in three grades,there was no statistical significance except item 9,"Do you know in which year China promulgated the relevant legal regulations on medical waste treatment",and item 10,"ask which of the following departments formulate legal regulations on medical waste treatment"(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in the comparison of other items among nursing students in three grades(P<0.05).The output of laboratory waste was reduced to 50 kg 3 months after the implementation from 210 kg 3 months before the laboratory waste sorting collection box.Conclusion The yield of laboratory waste is reduced after orderly management,and medical students are made more aware of environmental protection,thereby reducing the wa ste of consumables.
