北海市预防接种门诊服务能力现况分析

摘　　要：目的分析2021年北海市儿童预防接种门诊设置和人力资源配置状况,评价预防接种服务能力,为进一步改变和提高儿童预防接种门诊服务质量提供依据。方法运用描述性流行病学方法,采用SPSS 25软件统计分析北海市预防接种门诊资料。结果北海市共设36个预防接种门诊,其中城镇16个(44.44%)、农村20个(55.56%);预防接种门诊平均服务半径为5.67km,服务周期以按周接种为主;平均预防接种门诊面积209.19m2,平均登记台4.33个,平均接种台4.14个;北海市每万人服务人口平均专兼职工作人员为1.79人,平均接种量为25.96剂次/人·接种日;预防接种门诊工作人员以女性、30~<40岁、护理专业、初级职称、工作年限<5年为主;人员每月收入与单位平均值相比低于单位平均值占27.74%;2019—2021年离职人员与在职人员比为1∶3.65;每个预防接种门诊平均双屏机1.39台,签核机1.78台。结论2021年北海市预防接种门诊基本满足辖区群众的接种需求,但仍需加强接种人员队伍培养,进一步加快门诊数字化建设,以全面提升预防接种服务质量。Objective To analyze the clinic establishment and human resource allocation of children′s vaccination in Beihai in 2021,and to evaluate the service capacity of vaccination,so as to provide a basis for further modification and improvement of the service quality of children′s vaccination clinics.Methods The descriptive epidemiological method and SPSS 25 software statistics were used to analyze the vaccination clinic data in Beihai.Results There were 36 vaccination clinics in Beihai,including 16 in urban areas(44.44%)and 20 in rural areas(55.56%).The average service radius of vaccination clinics was 5.67km,and the service cycle was mainly based on weekly vaccination.The average clinic area was 209.19m~2,including an average of 4.33 registration desks and 4.14 vaccination desks.The average number of full-time and part-time vaccination workers per 10000 population served in Beihai were 1.79,and the average number of doses/person-vaccination day was 25.96.Most of the staff in vaccination clinic were female who are nursing majors between 30-<40 years,with a junior professional title and the working experience<5 years.Compared with the unit average,27.74%of the population had an income below the unit average in the past 3 years,the ratio of resigned personnel to incumbent personnel was 1∶3.65.On average,there were 1.39 dual-screen machines and 1.78 sign-off machines in each vaccination clinic.Conclusion The vaccination clinics in Beihai in 2021 can basically meet the vaccination needs of the people in the district.However,the training of the vaccination staff should be strengthened,and the digitalization of the clinics should be further accelerated to improve the quality of overall vaccination services.
