摘　　要：目的对绵阳市1186名居民结核病防治核心信息知晓率调查,为进一步加强结核病防治健康教育及健康促进工作提供科学依据。方法2020年11—12月采用多阶段分层和简单随机抽样方法,在绵阳市抽取4个调查点(城镇点2个,乡村点2个),对年龄≥15岁居民进行结核病防治核心信息知识面对面调查,对调查数据进行统计分析。结果绵阳市结核病防治核心信息总知晓率为85.68%(5081/5930);人群随年龄增长结核病防治核心信息总知晓率水平降低(χ趋势2=87.27,P<0.05);学历随文化程度升高结核病防治核心信息总知晓率升高(χ趋势2=51.65,P<0.05);乡村结核病防治核心信息总知晓率高于城镇(χ趋势2=128.83,P<0.05);军人100.00%(5/5)、机关/事业单位92.94%(408/439)、学生87.10%(135/155)和企业92.14%(129/140)结核病防治核心信息总知晓率较高;接受健康教育的结核病防治核心信息知晓率明显高于未接受健康教育的(χ^(2)=121.75,P<0.01)。结论绵阳市结核病防治核心信息知识达到“十三五”国家规划要求,但老年人、农业从业者知晓率尚低,应该采取更有效的结核病防治知识的健康教育。Objective To evaluate the awareness rate of key tuberculosis(TB)knowledge and the status of receiving health education among 1186 citizens of Mianyang,so as to provide the scientific basis for health education and health promotion of TBcontrol in the city.Methods From November to December 2020,4 survey sites(2 urban sites and 2 rural sites)were selected by multi-stage stratified and simple random sampling method in Mianyang.Residents aged≥15 years were investigated face to face about the core information of TB prevention and control,and the survey data were statistically analyzed.Results The total awareness rate of the core information of TB prevention and control in Mianyang was 85.68%(5081/5930).The overall awareness rate of the core information of TB prevention and control decreased with the increase of age(χtrends~2=87.27,P<0.05),and the overall awareness rate of the core information of TB prevention and control increased with the increase of education level(xtrends~2=51.65,P<0.05).The overall awareness rate of the core information of TB prevention and control was higher in rural areas than that in urban areas(χtrends~2=128.83,P<0.05).Soldiers(100.00%)(5/5),government organs/institutions(92.94%),students(87.10%)and enterprises(92.14%)share a relatively high overall awareness rate of the core information of TB prevention and control.The overall awareness rate of the core information of TB prevention and control was also significantly higher in those who received health education than in those who did not(χtrends~2=121.75,P<0.01).Conclusion The core information and knowledge of TB prevention and control in Mianyang City meet the requirements of the 13th Five-Year Plan,but the awareness rate of the elderly and agricultural practitioners is still low.Therefore,more effective health education of TBprevention and control knowledge should be adopted.
