摘　　要：小反刍兽疫(PPR)是由小反刍兽疫病毒(PPRV)引起的一种具有高度传染性的小反刍动物跨界疾病,已蔓延至非洲和亚洲多个国家,造成严重的经济损失。与非洲不同,在亚洲被感染的野生动物表现出明显的临床症状,凸显了亚洲野生动物在全球多边根除PPR合作中的重要作用。野生动物在预防PPR中的作用的认知空白已引起全世界极大关注。跨喜马拉雅地区是多种亚洲PPR野生易感宿主的核心分布区域,蓄养的大量牲畜意味着可能的频繁交流。从野生动物-家畜疫病交互界面和跨界传播2个热点问题出发概述了目前跨喜马拉雅地区PPR野生宿主的有关流行病学特征。此外,还指出了PPR潜在的野生宿主和传播方面的研究空白。Peste des petits ruminants(PPR),a highly infectious transboundary disease of small ruminants caused by peste des petits ruminant virus(PPRV),has spread to many African and Asian countries to cause heavy economic losses.The knowledge gaps of the role of wildlife in the prevention of PPR has attracted great attention worldwide.In Asia,the obvious clinical signs of infected wildlife,which is different from that in Africa,also distinguish the role of wildlife in this region of the global multi-lateral PPR eradication cooperation.The Trans-Himalayan Region(THR)is the core area to host multiple Asian wild susceptible species of PPR and a big bundle of livestock imply a frequent communication potentially.We overview the currently knowledges of wild host of PPR in the THR in the aspects of interface and transboundary transmission.Further,we put forward potential wild hosts and research gaps in transmission.
