摘  要:为确定EM(Effective microorganisms,EM)制剂对冬毛期乌苏里貉的生长性能和免疫指标的影响,选取140日龄、体质量约5 kg、已注射疫苗的雄性乌苏里貉24只,随机分成4组,每组6只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加0.5%、1%、2%的EM制剂。预饲期7 d,正饲期60 d。结果表明:Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组的末重、平均体增重、平均日增重、毛皮重量和毛皮长度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组的针毛长度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组血清中的IgA显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组血清中的IgM和脾脏指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组血清中的IgG、IL-2、IL-4和胸腺指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。此试验条件下,综合考虑生长性能和免疫指标以及添加剂成本,以日粮中添加0.5%的EM制剂为最佳。The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of EM preparation(EM)on the growth performance and immune index of raccoon dogs in winter furring period.Twenty-four raccoon dogs with the same age,body weight gain and parity were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 raccoon dogs in each group.The control group was fed basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed 0.5%,1%and 2%EM preparation on the basis of the basal diet,respectively.The preliminary experiment lasted for 7 days,and the normal feeding period for 60 days.The results showed as follows:final weight,average body gain,average daily weight gain,fur weight and fur length in groups I and II were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The aciculus length in group II was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).IgA in group I was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);IgM and spleen index of group I and group II were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The indexes of IgG,IL-2,IL-4 and thymus in group I were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Under the condition of this experiment,considering the growth performance,immune index and additive cost,the best preparation was 0.5%EM added in the diet.
