摘 要:为探究胎次和泌乳天数对奶牛氧化应激状态及泌乳量的影响,按照泌乳0~30,31~60,61~90,91~120,121~150,151~200,201~250,>250 d分为16组,每组10头奶牛,连续采集9次血液样本,检测血清的氧化及抗氧化指标。结果表明:在产犊后,随着泌乳量的逐渐升高,奶牛血清中的ROS水平逐渐升高;在泌乳61~90 d的初产奶牛血清中,ROS浓度显著高于其他泌乳阶段(P<0.05);在泌乳121~150 d的经产奶牛血清中,ROS浓度最高。初产奶牛与经产奶牛血清中SOD与TOS均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),但与TAS分别呈显著和极显著正相关(P<0.05;P<0.01)。随着产奶量的增加,奶牛更易发生氧化应激,且经产奶牛比初产奶牛对氧化应激更敏感。The paper was aimed to explore the effects of parities and lactation days on the oxidative stress status and milk yield of dairy cows.Cows were divided into 16 groups with 10 cows in each group after lactation of 0-30,31-60,61-90,91-120,121-150,151-200,201-250 and more than 250 days.Blood samples were collected for 9 consecutive times to detect serum oxidation and antioxidant indexes.The results showed that with the increasing of milk yield after calving,the level of ROS in serum was gradually increased.The concentration of ROS in serum of primiparous cows during 61-90 days of lactation was significantly higher than that during the other lactation days(P<0.05).The concentration of ROS in serum during the 121-150 days was the highest.The SOD of primiparous and multiparous cows were both extremely significantly negatively correlated with TOS(P<0.01),but significantly and extremely significantly positively correlated with TAS respectively(P<0.05;P<0.01).With the increasing of milk yield,dairy cows were more susceptible to oxidative stress,and multiparous cows were more sensitive to oxidative stress than primiparous cows.
