摘  要:为研究红鳍东方鲀雌核发育方法及其子代群体遗传结构,应用冷休克诱导雌核发育,并采用微卫星技术对其亲缘关系进行了鉴定分析。结果表明:雌核发育子代倍性均为二倍体,性别全部为雌性,且其遗传物质全部来源于母本;雌核发育群体纯合度(0.251)显著高于普通群体(0.179),其他遗传参数均低于普通群体。研究结果揭示了冷休克诱导红鳍东方鲀雌核发育二倍体子代的可行性,可为红鳍东方鲀性别控制相关研究及培养全雌和全雄克隆系的双系配套选育新品种提供数据支持和参考。In order to study the method of gynogenesis and the genetic structure of the offspring population of Takifugu rubripes,cold shock was used to induce gynogenesis,and its genetic relationship was identified and analyzed by microsatellite technology.The results showed that the diploidy and sex of the offspring of gynogenetic population were all diploid.All of them were females and all their genetic material came from the female parent.The homozygosity of gynogenetic population(0.251)was significantly higher than that of common population(0.179),and other genetic parameters were lower than that of common population.This research revealed the feasibility of cold shock induced diploid progency in gynogenesis of Takifugu rubripes,and it will provide data support and reference for the research related to sex control of Takifugu rubripes,as well as the double line mating breeding of all female and all male clones.
