摘 要:裂头蚴病很难用形态学分类方法将病原体鉴定到种,给该病后续的防治带来极大的困扰。以王锦蛇感染裂头蚴为病例,分别利用临床诊断和PCR方法对该病进行诊断。临床形态学诊断结果为该王锦蛇所感染的疾病为裂头蚴病,但不清楚该病原体为何种裂头蚴;PCR方法确定该裂头蚴为曼氏裂头蚴,这表明2种方法诊断结果一致,且PCR方法印证了临床诊断结果。该诊断方法为裂头蚴病的诊断提供了相关信息和技术参考。It is difficult to identify the pathogens of Sparganosis by morphological classification,which brings great trouble to the follow-up prevention and control of the disease.For this reason,the disease was diagnosed by using clinical diagnosis and PCR method.The result of clinical diagnosis was the disease caused by Sparganosis,but it was not clear which species was the pathogen.The result of PCR diagnosis was that the Schistosoma mansoni was the result of the two methods.The results of the PCR method reflected the results of clinical diagnosis.The diagnostic methods used in this experiment provided some useful information and technical references for the diagnosis of the disease.
