摘 要:对2017年和2019年分别来自黑龙江省和吉林省养殖场内健康貉源大肠杆菌多重耐药表型进行检测,采用K-B药敏纸片扩散法,分析119株健康貉源大肠杆菌对临床常用22种抗生素药物的耐药性。结果表明:119株健康貉源大肠杆菌对头孢噻吩的耐药率最高,为96.64%,对阿莫西林、氨苄西林和四环素耐药率较高,均为70%以上;119株健康貉源大肠杆菌对多黏菌素B敏感率为94.12%、阿米卡星敏感率为93.28%,对亚胺培南、庆大霉素敏感率也较高,均为85%以上。多重耐药菌株中8耐菌株数量最高,所占比例为11.76%(14/119),最普遍的耐药类表型是AMP-AML-KF-CAZ-AMC-TE。The purpose of this study was to detect the multiple antibiotic resistance phenotypes of E.coli isolated from healthy Nyctereutes procyonoides in Heilongjiang Province and Jilin Province in 2017 and 2019,respectively,Kirby-Bauer method was used to analyze the antibiotic resistance of 119 strains of Escherichia coli isolated from Nyctereutes procyonoides to 22 kinds of antimicrobials.The results showed that 119 strains of Escherichia coli isolated from Nyctereutes procyonoides had the highest antibiotic resistance rate to ceftothiophene(96.64%),while the antibiotic resistance rates to amoxicillin,ampicillin and tetracycline were higher than 70%.The susceptibility rates to polymyxin B and amikacin was 94.12%and 93.28%,and to imipenem and gentamicin was over 85%.Among the multiple antibiotic resistance strains,the number of eight resistant strains was the highest,accounting for 11.76%(14/119),and the most common antibiotic resistant phenotype was AMPAML-KF-CAZ-AMC-TE.
