中度抑郁症患者在五行音乐治疗期间负性体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中度抑郁症患者在五行音乐治疗期间的负性体验。方法本研究为质性研究。采用目的抽样法,选取2022年1—4月在广州医科大学附属脑科医院接受五行音乐治疗的7例中度抑郁症患者为研究对象,对其进行半结构式访谈,采用内容分析法分析并提炼主题。结果共提炼出3个主题和8个亚主题,其中消极认知反应包括唤起负性回忆;负性情绪反应包括孤独、恐惧、愤怒、无奈、悲伤和痛苦;行为反应包括哭泣、活动增多。结论在五行音乐治疗过程中及治疗后,护理人员应密切观察患者的情绪及行为反应,及时询问患者感受,为患者提供心理支持,并根据患者情志及时转换调式,从而稳定患者情绪。Objective To explore the negative experience of patients with moderate depression during the five-element music therapy.Methods This study is a qualitative study.From January to April 2022,objective sampling was used to select seven patients with moderate depression who were treated with five-element music in the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University as the subject to conduct semi-structured interviews.Content analysis method was used to analyze and refine themes.Results A total of three themes and eight sub-themes were extracted.Negative cognitive reactions included arousing negative memories.Negative emotional reactions included loneliness,fear,anger,helplessness,sadness and pain.Behavioral reactions included crying and increased activity.Conclusions During and after the five element-music therapy,nursing staff should closely observe the emotional and behavioural responses of patients,promptly ask patients how they feel,provide psychological support to patients and promptly change the modulation according to patients'moods so as to stabilise them.
