摘　　要：目的探讨"互联网+"护理门诊在产妇产褥期的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年1—12月于天津医科大学总医院产科分娩的1000例产妇为研究对象,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各500例。对照组采取常规出院宣教及传统电话随访,观察组在对照组的基础上通过科瑞泰Q医平台对产妇进行线上健康指导。比较两组产妇及新生儿的不良健康状况发生率。结果观察组产妇产褥期的母乳喂养困难、恶露异常、伤口疼痛、情绪抑郁发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院后6周,观察组产妇的自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组新生儿脐部感染、脐带脱落延迟、排便及皮肤异常发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组产妇的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论"互联网+"护理门诊可以有效降低产妇和新生儿不良健康状况的发生,提升产妇满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of"Internet+"nursing clinic in delivery women during puerperium period.Methods From January to December 2021,1000 delivery women in the Tianjin Medical University General Hospital were selected as the study objects by convenience sampling.The subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 500 cases in each group.The control group took routine discharge education and traditional telephone follow-up,and the observation group provided online health guidance to the delivery women through the Careate Q medical platform on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse health conditions of the two groups of delivery women and newborns was compared.Results The incidence of breast-feeding difficulties,abnormal lochia,wound pain,and emotional depression of delivery women during puerperium period in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of discharge,the score of self-management ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of neonatal umbilical infection,delayed umbilical cord shedding,defecation and skin abnormalities in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions The"Internet+"nursing clinic can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse health conditions of delivery women and newborn,improve the satisfaction of delivery women,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
