摘 要:针对付村煤矿复杂地质条件下异形区段煤柱巷道围岩受二次采动影响易于失稳的问题,结合理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测方法,对下区段煤柱巷道围岩稳定性控制展开研究,主要工作和结论如下:依据砌体梁理论合理配置了密集钻孔切顶技术参数;建立不同煤柱宽度的数值计算模型,模拟研究了不同煤柱宽度条件下受采动影响煤柱及巷道的围岩应力演化特征,验证了切顶参数及补强支护方案的合理性;建立了包含巷道围岩变形监测、顶板离层监测、锚杆(索)受力监测及围岩内部裂隙发展发育监测等内容的矿压监测体系。研究结果表明,切顶卸压方案成功预制了非连续人工弱面,优化了巷道围岩的应力状态,减弱了覆岩运动对煤柱应力的扰动。In view of the instability of coal pillar roadway in Fucun Coal Mine under the complex geological conditions of the secondary mining,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement are conducted.The technical parameters of dense drilling roof cutting are rationally configured according to the theory of masonry beam.A numerical model of different coal pillar widths is established.The stress evolution characteristics of the coal pillar and roadway under the influence of mining is studied.The rationality of the roof cutting parameters and the reinforcement and support scheme are verified.A mine pressure monitoring system is established,including the monitoring of roadway surrounding rock deformation,roof off-layer,anchor bolt(cable)force and the development of internal cracks of the surrounding rock.The results show that the roof-cutting pressure relief scheme has successfully prefabricated the noncontinuous artificial weak surface.The stress state of the roadway surrounding rock is optimized.The disturbance of coal pillar stress caused by overlying rock movement is weakened.
