摘  要:为了研究突水巷道注浆后浆液颗粒的初始沉积位置及堆积形态,基于水泥离散颗粒与动水之间的耦合作用建立了浆液沉积运移理论模型;采用室内模型试验分析了浆液在管路中的初始扩散运移形态,探讨了浆液初始沉积位置与动水流速、水灰比和管路内径之间的联系。研究结果表明:浆液初始沉积位置与动水流速、水灰比及管路内径均呈正相关关系;动水流速对浆液初始沉积位置的影响大于水灰比和管路内径,且试验结果与理论模型计算结果相吻合。研究成果可为实际动水注浆施工中注浆行为开始时机的准确把握提供参考。In order to study the initial deposition position and accumulation form of slurry particles after grouting in water bursting roadway,a theoretical model of slurry deposition and migration was established considering the coupling between cement discrete particles and water.The indoor model test was used to analyze the initial diffusion and migration pattern of slurry in the pipeline,and the relationship between the initial deposition position of slurry and the hydrodynamic velocity,water-cement ratio and pipeline inner diameter was discussed.The results show that the initial slurry deposition position is positively correlated with the flow velocity,water cement ratio and pipeline diameter.The influence of hydrodynamic velocity on the initial deposition position of slurry is greater than that of water cement ratio and pipeline diameter,and the experimental results are consistent with the theoretical model calculation results.The research results can provide reference for accurately grasping the starting time of grouting behavior in the actual dynamic water grouting construction.
