摘　　要：目的:研究固肠止泻丸在螺旋震动干燥机作用下的干燥效果。方法:以水分、溶散时限、丸重、粒径、微生物限度、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别和指标性成分盐酸小檗碱的含量为指标,评价螺旋震动干燥机对于固肠止泻丸干燥效果的影响。结果:与传统的热风循环干燥箱相比,固肠止泻丸在螺旋震动干燥机的作用下,可缩短干燥和溶散时限,降低水分含量,且干燥后药物有效物质含量更稳定。结论:螺旋震动干燥机可用于固肠止泻丸干燥,干燥效果优于传统热风循环干燥箱。Objective:To study the drying effect of Guchang Zhixie Pill under the action of spiral vibration dryer.Meth-ods:The moisture content,dissolution and dispersion time,pill weight,particle size,microbial limit,microscopic identification,tlc identification and index component berberine hydrochloride content were used as indexes to study the effect of spiral vibration dryer on the drying effect of Guchang Zhixie Pill.Results:Compared with the traditional hot air circulation drying oven,Guchang Zhixie Pill can shorten the drying and dissolution time,reduce the moisture content under the action of spiral vibration dryer,and the content of effective substances is more stable after drying.Conclusion:The spiral vibration dryer can be used for drying Guchang Zhixie Pill,and the drying effect is better than the traditional hot air circulation drying oven.
