摘　　要：切口感染是肿瘤术后常见并发症,肿瘤术后切口感染发生率逐渐上升,严重影响患者的生活质量,甚至威胁患者生命安全。方明治教授行医数十载,主张衷中参西,擅长运用中医药治疗肿瘤及其常见并发症。方明治教授认为肿瘤术后伤口难愈病机总属本虚标实、阴阳失和,而肿瘤术后患者又以“瘀毒内阻、气血亏虚”为病机关键。内治法多以扶正祛邪、补散兼施为治疗原则,采用桂枝汤加黄芪化裁治疗,临床可随症加减,疗效显著。Incision infection is a common complication after tumor surgery.The incidence of postoperative incision infec-tion increases gradually,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and even threatens the life safety of patients.Profes-sor Fang Mingzhi has been practicing medicine for decades.He advocates intergrating Chinese and western medicine and is good at using traditional Chinese medicine to treat tumors and their common complications.Professor Fang Mingzhi believes that the pathogenesis of difficult-to-heal wound after tumor surgery is the deficiency in root and excess in branches and disharmony of yin and yang,while the key pathogenesis after tumor surgery is internal obstruction of blood stasis and toxin and deficiency of qi and blood.The treatment is mainly based on the principles of strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor and reinforce-ment and dispersing in combination.Guizhi Decoction plus Radix Astragali can strengthen vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor and reinforce and disperse simultaneously,which can be applied clinically with symptoms and has significant curative effect.
