摘 要:给水污泥资源化利用是近年来的研究热点,但目前对给水厂污泥资源化利用存在难度大、成本高、技术不成熟等问题。采用生石灰和水泥作为固化剂对给水厂污泥进行改良,制成石灰水泥综合稳定土,以期用于市政管道施工的垫层。试验得到石灰水泥综合稳定土的最优质量配比为给水厂污泥∶生石灰∶水泥=100∶24∶6,最佳含水率为74%,最大干密度为0.760 g/cm3。该方法为解决给水厂污泥的处置问题提供了新途径,处理价格低廉,处理1 t给水厂污泥的材料费用仅144元,且不会造成二次污染,实现了污泥的“稳定化、无害化、资源化”的处理处置,社会、经济和环境效益明显。Water supply sludge recycling is a research hotspot in recent years,but there are many problems such as high difficulty,high cost and immature technology in water supply plant sludge recycling at present.Quicklime and cement were used as curing agents to improve the sludge of the water supply plant and make lime cement comprehensive stabilized soil,which was expected to be used as the bedding layer for municipal pipeline construction.The optimum mass ratio of lime cement stabilized soil was obtained from the experiment as follows:sludge of water supply plant∶quicklime∶cement=100∶24∶6,the optimum moisture content was 74%,and the maximum dry density was 0.760 g/cm 3.This method provides a new way to solve the problem of sludge disposal in waterworks,and the treatment price is low,which is only 144 yuan/t with no secondary pollution.It realizes the treatment and disposal of sludge as"stable,harmless and resourceful",with obvious social,economic and environmental benefits.
