摘　　要：简要介绍了铝用混合炉内衬的结构和作用以及混合炉熔池内衬失效的特征。从八个方面分析了40 t铝用混合炉熔池内衬失效的原因,并从九个方面探讨了延长混合炉内衬使用寿命的措施,仅供同行参考。The construction and function as well as the failure characteristics of 40t aluminium holding furnace were introduced brief⁃ly,and the reasons of lining failure of 40 t aluminium holding furnace were analyzed from eight aspects,then the measures for prolong⁃ing service life of aluminium holding furnace lining were discussed from nine aspects,and only for the reference of the same industry.
