摘  要:为了探究不同参数铝合金导线拉拔过程的变形的影响,以直径3.93 mm规格纯铝杆为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方式分析对比截面比、模具入口角度和摩擦条件对拉拔后线材变形情况的影响。结果表明,拉拔后的线材应变范围为0.7~2.2,截面比和入口角度能够明显改变拉拔后线材的应变分布,但摩擦系数对拉拔后线材的等效应变影响较小。In order to explore the influence of different parameters on the deformation of aluminum alloy wire during drawing,the di⁃ameter of 3.93mm was taken as the research object,and the influence of section ratio,die entrance Angle and friction conditions on the deformation of wire after drawing was analyzed and compared by numerical simulation.The results show that the strain ranges from 0.7 to 2.2,the section ratio and the entrance Angle can change the strain distribution of the wire after drawing,but the friction coefficient has little effect on the equivalent strain of the wire.
