摘 要:无刷双馈发电机受转子结构影响,磁场调制能力有限,会导致效率和功率密度比较低。为改善电机性能,提出一种新型笼障转子双定子无刷双馈风力发电机,给出了2种不同拓扑结构设计思路和装配方案,设计了该电机的两种不同机械结构和装配方式,对结构中“动轴+转子前支架”和“静轴+机壳后端盖”建立了精确的物理模型,采用有限元方法对额定负载下的应力和形变进行仿真研究和对比分析。研制了额定功率和额定转速分别为50 kW和360 r/min不同结构的2台样机,分别进行空载和负载实验。研究结果表明:“静轴双端支撑”和“动轴+转子前支架一体化设计”的设计思想可以推广至其他双定子电机。Due to the influence of its rotor structure,a brushless doubly-fed generator has a limited magnetic field modulation ability,resulting in its low efficiency and low power density.In order to improve the performance of the generator,this paper proposes a new type of dual-stator brushless doubly-fed wind generator with cage-barrier rotors.Two different topological structure design ideas and assembly schemes are presented,and two different mechanical structures and assembly modes are described.Then,the precise physical models of“moving shaft+front rotor bracket”and“static shaft+housing rear end cover”in the structure are established,and the stress and deformation under rated loads are simulated and compared by using the finite element method.Two prototypes with different structures at a rated power of 50 kW and a rated speed of 360 r/min are developed,and no-load and load experiments are carried out respectively.The research results show that the design ideas of“static shaft double-end support”and“moving shaft+integration design of front rotor bracket”can be extended to other dual stator motors.
