摘 要:为比较不同地区连翘的光合作用能力以及对太行山地区的光照适应性,筛选出光合能力较强的连翘类型,对河北石家庄、河南三门峡、山西运城3个地区连翘的叶片特征、叶绿素荧光以及光合特征参数进行测定。结果表明,3种连翘的光合特性表现出明显差异。(1)3种连翘的叶片表型特征存在差异,山西连翘的叶面积与总叶绿素含量最高,河北连翘与河南连翘没有显著差异,河北连翘叶绿素a/b的值最高,为5.672;3种连翘的叶绿素荧光参数均不存在显著性差异。(2)河北连翘的光饱和点[1 490.00μmol/(m^(2)·s)],最大净光合速率[13.230μmol/(m^(2)·s)]以及表观量子效率(0.082)均为最高,而光补偿点[12.00μmol/(m^(2)·s)]和暗呼吸速率[0.397μmol/(m^(2)·s)]最低,表现出较强的光合能力,对光照的适应范围最广;河南连翘的最大净光合速率[10.541μmol/(m^(2)·s)]和光饱和点[1 449.33μmol/(m^(2)·s)]仅次于河北连翘,但表观量子效率最低、暗呼吸速率最高;山西连翘的光饱和点[656.00μmol/(m^(2)·s)]、光补偿点[17.33μmol/(m^(2)·s)]与最大净光合速率[7.491μmol/(m^(2)·s)]均较低,表观量子效率与暗呼吸速率介于河北连翘与河南连翘之间,对弱光的利用能力大于河南连翘。(3)3种连翘的光合参数间均具有极显著相关性,各参数与胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)成负相关关系,并互为正相关,各参数与净光合速率(Pn)的相关系数均大于0.8,气孔导度(Gs)与蒸腾速率(Tr)的相关系数为0.980。因此,影响3种连翘光合作用的是非气孔因素,原因是3种连翘本身生理特性的不同。In order to compare the photosynthetic capacity of Forsythia suspensa in different regions and its adaptability to light in Taihang mountains,the leaf characteristics,chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic parameters of F.suspensa were determined in Shijiazhuang,Hebei;Sanmenxia,Henan;Yuncheng,Shanxi,the type of F.suspensa with strong photosynthesis was screened out.The results showed that photosynthetic characteristics of F.suspensa in three regions had significant differences.(1)There were differences in leaf phenotypic characteristics of three kinds of F.suspensa.The highest leaf area and chlorophyll content was F.suspensa from Shanxi,there was no significant difference between F.suspensa from Hebei and F.suspensa from Henan.The value of chlorophyll a/b of F.suspensa from Hebei was 5.672.There was also no significant difference in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters among the three kinds of F.suspensa.(2)The light saturation point[1490.00μmol/(m^(2)·s)],maximum net photosynthetic rate[13.230μmol/(m^(2)·s)]and apparent quantum efficiency(0.082)of F.suspensa from Hebei were the highest,but its light compensation point[12.00μmol/(m^(2)·s)]and dark respiration efficiency[0.397μmol/(m^(2)·s)]were the lowest,its requirement of light was low,which showed the highest photosynthetic capacity.The maximum net photosynthetic rate(10.541μmol/(m^(2)·s)]and light saturation point[1449.33μmol/(m^(2)·s)]of F.suspensa from Henan were second only to F.suspensa from Hebei,but its apparent quantum efficiency was the lowest,dark respiration efficiency was the highest.The light saturation point[656.00μmol/(m^(2)·s)],light compensation point[17.33μmol/(m^(2)·s)]and maximum net photosynthetic rate[7.491μmol/(m^(2)·s)]of F.suspensa from Shanxi were lower.The apparent quantum efficiency and dark respiration efficiency were between F.suspensa from Hebei and F.suspensa from Henan.The utilization capacity of weak light was greater than F.suspensa from Henan.(3)The photosynthetic parameters of the three kinds of F.susp
