摘 要:为打破野生银莲花种子休眠状态,探究适宜的萌发条件,以2种野生银莲花种子为试验材料,采用TTC染色法测定种子活力,研究不同温度、GA_(3)、浓硫酸浸种、层积处理方式对其种子萌发的影响。结果表明,长毛银莲花种子与银莲花种子活力最高分别为74.97%、83.33%。经浓硫酸浸种、不同温度、GA_(3)处理下,2种野生银莲花种子发芽率皆较低。通过比较4℃层积与地窖层积2种处理方式,得出长毛银莲花和银莲花种子的最适宜萌发条件为地窖层积100 d+室温15 d处理,发芽率分别可达34.44%和45.78%。To break the dormancy of wild Anemone cathayensis seeds and explore suitable germination conditions,two kinds of wild A.cathayensis seeds were used as experimental materials,and the seed viability was determined by TTC staining method.The results showed that the highest viability were 74.97%and 83.33%for Anemone narcissiflora var.Crinita seeds and A.cathayensis seeds,respectively.The germination rate of the two species of wild A.cathayensis seeds was lower under different treatments of concentrated sulphuric acid soaking,temperature and GA_(3).By comparing the 4℃lamination and cellar lamination treatments,the optimum germination conditions for A.narcissiflora var.Crinita and A.cathayensis seeds were 100 days of cellar lamination and 15 days of room temperature,with germination rates of 34.44%and 45.78%,respectively.
