摘　　要：“十四五”以来我国经济得到了高速发展,交通运输行业也得到了快速发展,公路工程施工招标建设也不断的增多。公路工程招标是一项系统复杂的工作,具有竞争性强,完整、规范典型等特点。本文分析施工建设招标过程中存在的问题,包括招标文件编制存在的问题、招标过程中的管理问题、公路工程施工招标模式问题等,针对这些问题,逐一分析问题产生的原因,提出改进意见。最后,阐述了公路施工项目中招标工作存在的意义、现状、问题及改进的策略,为招标阶段公路建设的投资控制提供参考。Since the“14th Five-Year Plan”,my country’s economy has developed rapidly,the transportation industry has also developed rapidly,and the bidding and construction of highway engineering construction has also continued to increase.Bidding of highway engineering is a systematic and complex work,which has the characteristics of strong competition,completeness and standardization.This paper analyzes and improves the problems existing in the bidding process of construction construction,including the problems in the preparation of bidding documents,the management problems in the bidding process,and the problems of bidding mode for highway engineering construction.Improve comments.The significance,current situation,problems and improvement strategies of bidding work in highway construction projects are expounded,so as to realize the investment control of highway construction in the bidding stage.
