寒区桥涵工程中金属波纹管材料性能试验研究

摘  要:桥梁、涵洞是公路工程的重要的结构组成部分,金属波纹管具有优良的变形性能,能够满足寒区桥梁、涵洞等特殊需求。本文通过钢波纹管的抗局部横向荷载、抗渗漏试验,研究了其在寒区桥梁、涵洞工程中的材料性能及适应能力。结果表明:JBG-70B因其稳定性高,符合寒区桥梁对于抗震性能的要求;JBG-60B稳定性高,抗荷载能力强,符合寒区温差大和埋深对涵洞工程的要求。Bridges and culverts are important structural components in highway engineering.The metal bellows have excellent deformation properties and can meet the special needs of bridges and culverts in cold regions.In this paper,the material properties and adaptability of bridges and culverts in cold regions are studied based on the anti-local lateral load and anti-leakage experiments of steel bellows.The experimental results show that JBG-70B meets the seismic requirements of bridges in cold regions due to its high stability;JBG-60B has high stability and strong load resistance,and meets the requirements of culvert construction under the influence of factors such as large temperature difference and buried depth in cold regions.
