摘 要:目前,在水利水电工程中无论是机械设备、电气设备还是土建结构,都已经较多地使用了在线监测与智能管控,并且各自都有了较成熟的应用和实践成果。但是用于水工金属结构设备(主要包括闸门、启闭机等)的在线监测与智能管控仍处于初期阶段。笔者以西津水利枢纽二线船闸闸门实时在线监测系统为例,研究闸门实时在线监测系统结构、功能及在线监测内容,提出人字闸门和反弧门动态特性、结构动静应力、轴承运行状态、运行姿态的监测方案。该实时在线监测系统的应用为西津水利枢纽二线船闸安全稳定运行提供保障,也为更多的闸门实时在线监测系统应用提供参考。At present in water conservancy and hydropower projects whether mechanical equipment electrical equipment or civil structures online monitoring and intelligent control have been widely used and each has achieved relatively mature application and practical results.However the online monitoring and intelligent control of hydraulic metal structures equipment mainly including gates hoists etc.is still in the initial stage.Taking the real-time online monitoring system of the second-line lock gate of Xijin Hydro Project as an example the authors study the structure function and online monitoring content of the real-time online monitoring system of the gate and puts forward monitoring schemes for the dynamic characteristics structural dynamic and static stress bearing operation status and operation attitude of the mitre gate and reversed radial gate.The application of the real-time online monitoring system provides guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the second-line lock of Xijin Hydro Project and also provides reference for more applications of the real-time online monitoring system of the gate.
