长甸水电站尾水检修闸门优化改造实践

摘  要:针对国内同一厂房内安装有2台及以上水轮发电机组且仅设计1套尾水检修闸门系统,以及采用尾水管充水平压的水电站存在的缺点和不足,笔者以长甸水电站A厂房尾水检修闸门系统的改造为例,分析了尾水检修闸门系统存在的问题,介绍了尾水检修闸门的改造、加装专用充水阀、更换全自动机械抓梁和改造吊钩挂点等。尾水检修闸门系统的改造完成后取得了较好的效果,消除了原尾水检修闸门系统存在的不足。该改造成功经验,可为国内存在类似问题的水电站检修闸门系统的改造提供有益的借鉴。In view of the shortcomings and deficiencies of the hydropower station installed with two or more water turbine generator units and only one set of tailrace bulkhead gate system designed in the same power house in China as well as with draft tube water filling balance pressure the author takes the transformation of the tailrace bulkhead gate system of powerhouse A of Changdian Hydropower Station as an example analyzes the problems existing in the tailrace bulkhead gate system and introduces the transformation of the tailrace bulkhead gate the installation of special water filling valves replacing the fully automatic mechanical grabbing beam and modifying the hook hanging point.The transformation of the tailwater bulkhead gate system has achieved good results eliminating the shortcomings of the original tailwater bulkhead gate system.The successful experience of this transformation can provide useful reference for the renovation of bulkhead gate systems in hydropower stations with similar problems in China.
