摘　　要：论述了水性金属涂料发气的原因、发气性测试方法,以及通过对金属颜料(铝)进行包覆或在加入水性涂料前对铝颜料先进行钝化处理来解决水性涂料胀气的问题。This paper discusses the causes of gas evolution of waterborne metal coatings and the gas evolution test methods,and solves the problem of gas expansion of waterborne coatings by coating metal pigments(aluminum)or passivating aluminum pigments before adding waterborne coatings.
