摘  要:以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)为基体树脂,通过添加阻燃剂、抗静电剂等改性功能助剂,熔融共混后制备出ABS阻隔防爆原料。通过实验研究阻燃剂对材料的阻燃性能、力学性能、导电性、热稳定性等性能的影响,测试结果表明:十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)添加量为12.8%,三氧化二锑(Sb_(2)O_(3))添加量为3.2%或二乙基次磷酸铝(ADP)添加量为10%,聚磷酸铵(APP)添加量为10%时,材料阻燃等级均可达UL94V-0,DBDPE/Sb_(2)O_(3)体系对其力学性能影响相较ADP/APP体系更小,阻燃剂对其导电性影响不大,材料在高温时的热分解速率降低,并且残碳率有较大提升,说明其耐高温能力有所增强,材料综合性能符合阻隔防爆材料基本要求。With acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)as matrix resin,by adding flame retardant,antistatic agent and other modified functional additives,melting blending to prepare ABS barrier explosion-proof raw materials.The effects of flame retardants on flame retardancy,mechanical properties and thermal stability of materials were studied experimentally.The test results showed that:When the content ofDBDPE is 12.8%,the content of Sb_(2)O_(3) is 3.2%,the content of ADP is 10%,and the content of APP is 10%,the flame retardant grade can reach UL94V-0.DBDPE/Sb_(2)O_(3) system has less influence on its mechanical properties than ADP/APP system,and flame retardants have little influence on its electrical conductivity.The thermal decomposition rate of the material at high temperature is reduced,and the carbon residue rate is greatly improved,indicating that its high temperature resistance has been enhanced,and the comprehensive properties of the material meet the basic requirements of barrier and explosion-proof materials.
