湖南旅游业、金融业与生态环境动态关系研究——基于VAR模型

摘　　要：文章探究湖南省旅游业、金融业与生态环境之间的关系,选取2004-2019年省内旅游业、金融业与生态环境的时间序列数据,在熵值法评价数据的基础上搭建VAR模型;并采用Granger因果检验、脉冲响应和方差分解等方法探究三者间的动态关系。实证研究得出:(1)金融业发展水平对旅游业和生态环境均为促进作用,金融业受自身影响大。(2)旅游业发展水平对金融业呈多周期短期制约、长期促进作用,对生态环境的则为整体短期制约、长期促进作用;旅游业对生态环境贡献率较高,金融业可以通过发展旅游业从而改善生态环境。(3)生态环境发展水平对旅游业、金融业均为短期制约和长期促进相结合的作用,生态环境对旅游业的方差贡献率高,金融业可以通过发展生态环境带动旅游业发展。最后,基于实证结果,对湖南省金融业、旅游业与生态环境协同发展提出建议。This paper explores the relationship between tourism,financial industry and ecological environment in Hunan Province,selects the time series data of tourism,financial industry and ecological environment in Hunan province from 2004 to 2019,and builds the VAR model on the basis of the entropy method evaluation data.Granger causality test,impulse response and variance decomposition are used to explore the dynamic relationship among them.The empirical study shows that:(1)the development level of the financial industry promotes the tourism industry and the ecological environment,and the financial industry is greatly influenced by itself.(2)The development level of tourism has a multi-cycle short-term restriction and long-term promotion effect on the financial industry,while the overall short-term restriction and long-term promotion effect on the ecological environment;Tourism has a high contribution rate to the ecological environment.The financial industry can improve the ecological environment by developing tourism.(3)The development level of ecological environment is a combination of short-term restriction and long-term promotion for tourism and financial industry.The variance contribution rate of ecological environment to tourism is high,and the financial industry can promote the development of tourism through the development of ecological environment.Finally,based on the empirical results,suggestions are put forward for the coordinated development of finance,tourism and ecological environment in Hunan Province.
