摘 要:准确测定食品中单宁酸含量具有十分重要的意义。本文制备以铁卟啉为配体,Cu2+为中心的二维金属-有机骨架材料(2D MOF),首先进行形貌与结构表征,并对其催化荧光反应条件进行优化,基于单宁酸对荧光体系的抑制作用构建高效荧光传感器,线性范围5.0~100.0μM,检出限为2.2μM,抗干扰性良好,准确度高。三种饮品的荧光传感器测定结果与高效液相色谱法测定结果基本一致。因此,基于2D MOF的荧光传感器具有操作简单、灵敏度好、成本低廉,可实现食品中单宁酸的快速检测。Accurate determination of tannin acid content in foods is of great importance.In this paper,a two-dimensional metal-organic framework material(2D MOF)centered on Cu^(2+)with ferroporphyrin as the ligand was prepared,the morphology and structure were first characterized,and the catalytic fluorescence reaction conditions were optimized,and a high-efficiency fluorescence sensor was constructed based on the inhibition of tannins on the fluorescence system,with a linear range of 5.0~100.00x0E䥺SymbolmA@0x0FM and a detection limit of 2.20x0E䥺SymbolmA@0x0FM,with good anti-interference and high accuracy.The fluorescence sensor measurement results of the three beverages were basically consistent with the results of high performance liquid chromatography.Therefore,fluorescent sensors based on 2D MOFs have simple operation,good sensitivity and low cost,which can realize the rapid detection of tannins in food.
