摘 要:平等是教育的目标之一,对教育平等价值的保护也是对公民受教育权的保护。从受教育者的角度审视,教育平等既意味着一视同仁,也意味着照拂弱者;从受教育过程的角度审视,教育平等既关注起始阶段的公平,也关注结束阶段的正义;从受教育权的角度审视,教育平等既包括学习机会权的平等获得,也包含学习结果权的公平实现。受教育者接受高等教育的过程是一个通过不断获得平等的学习机会实现个性之完满发展的过程。在这个过程中,公平是贯穿始终的核心价值,效率是无法回避的平等难题,而个性发展则是高等教育权所要实现的最终目标。Equality is one of the goals that education should pursue.The protection of equal value of education is also the protection of citizens’right to education.From the perspective of educates,education equality not only means equal treatment,but also means taking care of the weak.From the perspective of the process of receiving education,educational equality concerns not only the fairness in the initial stage,but also the justice in the end.From the perspective of right to education,education equality includes equal access to learning opportunities and equal realization of learning results.The process for educates to receive higher education is a process of realizing the perfect development of personality by constantly obtaining equal learning opportunities.In this process,fairness is the core value throughout,efficiency is an unavoidable problem of equality,and personality development is the ultimate goal for higher education.
