摘　　要：对甲醇燃料发动机在台架试验过程中出现的失效问题进行了研究,发现主要失效零部件为喷油器、气门、连杆轴瓦、活塞。针对各类问题进行相应的优化措施,最终解决了失效问题。The failure problems of methanol fuel engine during bench test were studied.It was found that the main failure parts were injector,valve,connecting rod bearing bush and piston.According to various problems,the corresponding optimization measures are carried out to solve the failure problems.
